The cherries from Finca La Providencia undergo a Honey process, a natural drying method where the coffee cherry is dried with its flesh on before dehulling. This method imparts a distinctive sweetness and complexity to the beans, enhancing their flavor profile. Finca La Providencia is nestled at an altitude of 4000 feet, where the combination of Bourbon and Paca coffee varieties flourish in rich volcanic soil. The ideal growing conditions of this region contribute to the unique and exceptional qualities of the coffee beans produced.
