Nestled at an elevation of 4000 feet, our Bourbon and Kenya coffee trees thrive in El Salvador’s rich volcanic soil, benefiting from a unique climate that’s both tropical and humid yet situated high on volcanic slopes. Handpicked with care by 3rd and 4th generation coffee workers, our beans are a testament to the love and tradition that go into El Salvadoran coffee cultivation. Using the Natural processing method, these beans are patio dried and de-husked. We ship them to Dawsonville, Georgia, where they are micro-roasted to perfection, ensuring that each batch captures the essence of what makes these varieties so special. The local roasting insures the same flavor and quality every batch.

A difficult process for growers, a remarkable flavor for our coffee.

In comparison, most regular store brands hover around a 60.
